When I talk with people throughout Lancaster County it just amazes me to hear about the difficulty they have in finding good tax preparation services. I hear stories of people being treated like just another number at the discount tax preparation services in the area. Most are not even sure their taxes are being done right or if they are getting the refund they deserve.

And then I hear the other side of the coin too. People getting charged outrageous fees by high priced accounting firms, who seem to care more about their marble staircases and spacious offices than they do their clients. In either case people feel they are getting ripped off or aren't getting the attention they deserve. Many people are so frustrated that they've resorted to doing their own taxes, only to have those nagging doubts about whether they've done them right in the back of their minds.

That's why I think it's about time someone finally got tax preparation right! I want to help my clients improve their entire financial picture...
